Independent artists can share music directly. Labels, publicists, managers, and artist teams can introduce themselves through the partner route.

For independent artists

Tell us about your music

Independent artists at every career stage are welcome. You do not need a label, publicist, or previous Indie Music Bus connection. Share your bio, location, sound, and public music links, then choose from the opportunities currently available. Some opportunities, including music reviews, have specific genre guidelines.

What are you interested in?

Choose any that interest you. Of Absolute Importance is optional, and every choice is considered separately.

For a selected interview, an artist may optionally offer readers a chance to win a handwritten lyric sheet, signed keepsake, or another personal item; offering one never affects interview selection. ?

This does not affect editorial consideration and does not commit you to provide a prize unless the details are agreed. ?

Review scope: I am not trained in classical music. I can only confidently review Rock, Country, Pop, Metal, Folk, and Singer-Songwriter music. This describes the limits of my review experience, not the value of music outside those genres.

Where can I hear your music?

Add at least one public artist, release, or listening link. You can include up to three.

Your submission is private and used only for review. It stays on this site until it is deleted. Read the Privacy Policy and Submission Policy.

One artist profile per artist and contact every 30 days. If the music feels like a fit, Walter will get in touch.

You do not need an existing relationship to introduce your company. Approved contacts can share music, and new contacts can start the conversation through the same form.

You can ask to be considered for an artist feature, interview, playlist, Song Story, music review, or Of Absolute Importance. Choose any that interest you. Of Absolute Importance is an optional path and does not narrow the other possibilities.
