Submission Policy
The launch pilot has two open routes: an invitation-controlled external form for approved professional partners and a private on-site form for direct artists.
Who may use each route
Selected record labels and PR firms may submit music through the external form after receiving approval. A company without an invitation may use that form only to request access and must wait for approval before submitting music. Invited managers and artist-development teams follow the same criteria. Artists use the separate on-site form without an industry invitation. Neither route creates an account, dashboard, or portal.
Volume and first-pass requirements
- Invited partners may propose up to two carefully selected songs per month. This is a cap, not a quota.
- Direct artists may send one artist profile every 30 days. The artist form requires a location, a description of the artist’s sound, a biography, and one public HTTPS music link. It permits two additional music links plus optional website and social-profile links.
- The direct-artist form asks which kinds of consideration interest the artist: an artist feature, interview, playlist consideration, Song Story, or music review. Each option is reviewed independently. Detailed assets and song-specific context are requested only after editorial interest.
Review and response
Submission confirms consideration only. It does not guarantee a response, placement, coverage, publication, timing, or promotional materials. Do not send passwords, financial credentials, private medical information, unrelated personal data, or unlicensed full lyrics.
Before continuing
The invited-industry route uses Google Forms and is subject to Google’s practices. The direct-artist route stores its limited first-pass record privately on this WordPress site for administrator review.
