Creative work and permission
Copyright and Lyric-Excerpt Policy
Songs, recordings, artwork, photographs, videos, writing, and lyrics remain the work of their respective rights holders.
Contributor responsibilities
A contributor must accurately identify creators and rights holders and must have authority to provide material for the proposed use. Do not submit private, stolen, misleadingly attributed, or unlicensed assets.
Lyrics
Indie Music Bus does not publish full song lyrics from a submission. Only a legally permissible short excerpt may be considered without documented permission. Longer reproduction requires explicit permission that covers the intended public use.
Artwork, photographs, and promotion materials
Only approved assets with accurate credits should be published or included in promotional artwork. Approval for one use does not silently authorize unrelated reuse, alteration, resale, or transfer.
Concerns and corrections
A public copyright-contact method and the information required for a production notice must be approved before launch. Until then, people already corresponding with Walter should use that established route and identify the page, work, rights claimed, and requested correction.
No rights are assumed
A public URL, social post, press kit, streaming link, or form submission is not by itself proof that every asset may be republished.
