Choose the right route

Contact Indie Music Bus

Music submissions, industry interest, and general correspondence follow different routes. Choosing the appropriate route helps keep editorial review fair and manageable.

Music and industry routes

Artists submitting a song

Use the direct-artist route on the Submissions page. Do not email music to the industry-interest address; emailed songs bypass the published intake safeguards and are not treated as submissions.

Labels and PR firms

A label or PR firm interested in the invitation-controlled pilot may email Walter Hargrave at indiemusicbus@gmail.com. Emailing expresses interest only. It does not grant form access or guarantee a response, review, coverage, or playlist placement.

Press, collaboration, and other inquiries

A separate public route for general collaboration and press inquiries is not open yet. Existing contacts should reply through their established correspondence. Please do not use either music-submission route for unrelated proposals.

Before you write

Keep correspondence focused

  • Use public HTTPS listening links instead of unsolicited files or attachments.
  • Do not send passwords, financial information, private medical details, or unrelated personal data.
  • Do not send full song lyrics unless Indie Music Bus has specifically requested them and the necessary permission exists.
  • A message does not create a partnership, submission, or obligation to reply.

Email privacy

Email is handled by the sender's provider and the receiving mail service. Send only information needed for the stated inquiry and review the Privacy Policy before sharing personal information.
