Privacy Policy

Public website

The site uses Visitor Statistics Pro to understand website traffic and improve the site. Depending on the enabled settings, it may record information such as IP address, approximate location, pages visited, referring websites or search terms, browser, operating system, device information, language, visit time, and interactions such as clicks or downloads. These statistics are available to site administrators and are not used to evaluate music submissions or make editorial decisions. Analytics records are retained until removed under the site’s analytics-maintenance process.

Invited partner form

The partner application opens on Google Forms, an external service. Opening it sends connection information to Google. Information entered and submitted is handled through Google’s service. Review the form and Google’s current privacy information before continuing.

Direct-artist form

The direct-artist form stores the submitted name, email address, artist and song names, up to three streaming links, selected consideration types, artist-authored explanation, and consent version as a private WordPress record. Only site administrators can access it. The notification email states only that a private submission is ready for review and contains none of the submitted details.

The form does not upload files, create an account, publish a submission, expose it through the public REST API, or fetch the supplied streaming links. To limit abuse, it may temporarily store a pseudonymous keyed value derived from the request address; the private submission record does not retain the address.

Editorial

Private contact details, unpublished submissions, internal ratings, rejection reasons, follow-up notes, and editorial decisions are not public website content.

Collection and retention

Provide only information requested for the stated route. Native artist submissions remain private until a site administrator manually deletes them; no automatic deletion schedule is promised. The Indie Music Bus Core plugin stores no traffic records. Information sent through the invited partner form remains subject to Google’s service. Public access-request and privacy-contact details still require owner approval before production launch.
