Why the contact route must be recovered or transferred

For update, reconfirmation, or removal, enter the current confirmed email. For recovery or transfer, enter the proposed new private email. Requesting a link does not change the public listing.

Withdraw a confirmed application before publication

Use the application reference from the confirmation email. An approved private draft is moved to recoverable WordPress Trash and cannot be published from the withdrawn application.

Appeal a declined application within 30 days

One appeal may request another private review. It does not guarantee approval or publication. New material evidence or urgent safety issues after 30 days require direct manual review.

Returning a requested correction?

Use the private link in the Indie Music Bus email. The link expires after 48 hours and can be used once.
