1. How these rules work

These rules apply to every Indie Music Bus Interview Fan Reward unless the active interview links to separate rules. Each Fan Reward is a separate chance-based promotion. The active interview identifies the sponsor, prize, approximate retail value, entry period, eligibility, and any different terms. Those details are part of these rules. If separate rules are linked for a particular reward, those rules control that reward.

2. Standard eligibility

Unless the active interview says otherwise, entry is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old when they enter. The sponsor, the featured artist, anyone involved in operating the reward, and members of their immediate households may not enter. A reward is void where prohibited.

3. Free entry

Enter only through the Fan Reward panel on the active interview during its stated entry period. Complete the press-and-hold step or its timed accessible option, provide an email address, confirm eligibility, agree to these rules, and use the emailed confirmation link before it expires and before entry closes. An entry is eligible only after email confirmation. No purchase, payment, donation, newsletter subscription, social follow, or artist promotion is required.

Limit one confirmed base entry per person and email address for each Fan Reward. Automated, incomplete, unconfirmed, duplicate, altered, or fraudulent entries are not eligible.

Sharing is optional and earns bonuses only when the active interview explicitly offers them. New rewards normally allow one bonus chance per entrant, for up to two total chances including the base entry. The active interview states that reward's allowance, from zero through three bonus chances. A bonus requires a different eligible person to enter the same reward through an already-confirmed entrant's link and confirm their email before entry closes. Views, clicks, unconfirmed entries, duplicates, and self-referrals do not earn bonuses.

4. Prize and odds

The active interview describes the prize, its condition, quantity, approximate retail value, and delivery plan. The total approximate retail value of prizes in one Fan Reward will not exceed $30 USD. Ordinary sponsor-paid shipping is separate from that value, and a winner will not be charged to receive the prize. No cash alternative or substitution is offered unless the active interview or separate rules expressly provide one. Odds depend on the total eligible base and qualified bonus chances received.

5. Winner selection and claim

After entry closes, Indie Music Bus will select one potential winner at random from the locked group of eligible entries. Unless separate rules say otherwise, the draw will occur within three business days after closing. The potential winner will be contacted through the confirmed entry email and normally has seven calendar days to respond, confirm eligibility, and accept the prize. At most one reminder may be sent. If the person is ineligible, cannot be contacted, declines, or does not respond in time, an alternate may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

6. Delivery and privacy

Indie Music Bus uses an entrant email address only to confirm and administer the entry, apply the entry limit, and contact a potential winner. Entry does not subscribe anyone to a newsletter. A shipping name and address are requested only from a confirmed winner when needed for delivery. If an artist must ship directly, the winner will be told before any address is shared and must authorize that disclosure. Read the Privacy Policy.

7. Fair play, technical problems, and cancellation

The sponsor may disqualify an entry that breaks these rules, uses false information, interferes with the entry system, attempts to create extra entries, or harms another participant. The sponsor may pause, modify, or cancel a Fan Reward only when a documented prize problem, security issue, legal requirement, technical failure, or other circumstance makes fair operation impossible. If that happens, the interview will be updated with the available truthful information.

8. Public result and questions

A public result may state only that the reward was completed and the prize was delivered. A winner name, location, image, or statement will not be published without separate permission. Questions about an active reward must identify the interview and reward involved.
