While you work on that, your team can document interesting things that are happening during the music and songwriting process as well as take photos and video to go along with it. Another team member can work on graphics for the album cover, the website updates, posters and social media sharing the fans will love.
Someone should work on the story about the band and this album to be used to entice the fans into really wanting to hear the results! Keeping the fans busy with new content every few days or even daily all the way up to releasing the album or EP is the goal. Your social media expert and publicist will have plenty to work with because of all that was collected during the creation of your next hit album!
How can anyone say they can do all this by themselves? Even if every band member works multiple tasks, you can’t really keep it up long term. It will take some time to find the right team but it should pay off! Just make sure the main product is well done all around.
Here are some of the possible team members, probably forgot some – along with a poll we took on the subject. You may not need all of the team members we are listing, but don’t cut yourselves too short.
